My son got fired from his job and was feeling down and out. I took him downtown to check out the new game store, Paradigm Games. Immediately we were welcomed by owner Jarred Juett who made the entire experience worth the visit alone. Jarred was very friendly, approachable, and took the time to talk with my son about his interests. My son walked in feeling like an outsider and left feeling connected and looking forward to visiting again for some gameplay.

Your friendly neighborhood game store! This was my second time visiting and can now confirm that the excellent customer service was not a fluke. Gwen (sorry if that’s a misspelling!) was working the counter both times I visited. The first visit, we unknowingly came in just a few minutes before closing time. She was still exceptionally patient with my partner, checking to see if specific trading cards were in stock, whereas visiting other stores this has occasionally come off as a burden. This second time, Gwen once again made the whole experience feel welcoming and informative. She took the time to walk me through a few excellent recommendations for new games to try out. I think it’s a safe bet that Paradigm’s trade in rates are the best in a 50 mile radius as well. (I’ve checked.) Highly recommend their checkout game to try your luck rolling dice for a bonus item (you genuinely can’t lose— every item you can win is worth at least the price of playing the game). Thanks for the great experiences! I’ll be...

Was here for FNM and the owner had the one female employee on cleaning duty and another employee, both owner and other male employee, were apparently on the clock and decided to do zero to help her and apparently that's like a very normal thing? Like they always left all the cleaning to her even though she did the same job as the male employee? I'm sorry did you need a Cinderella for your store? What in the 1950s was that about? Owner was a super weird dude and the other male super rude and kinda creepy. He seems... Obsessive, and in need of some people skills. And less misogyny. Oh and another time I had to listen to a full fledged argument from the owner and his wife. The couple that owns this store needs a divorce and to maybe keep their drama to themselves. Deals aren't worth it for the messed up employee structure. I hope that girl left, she was so sweet and helpful. Find a better game store, girl! I...

I brought In well over 3000 dollars worth of cards after driving 1 hr to meet them and was told I would be getting 60% which if I am right 60% of 3000 dollars worth of product is over 1600 they offered me less that 1200 dollars for over 3000 dollars in card. I feel like I got ripped off but that's why I will never be apart of the card community again it's just full of rip off and card shops are not fair I understand you need to make a profit but why does it have to be a over 50% profit on all your cards that's so unfair to the consumer who buys them at full price. My point is if you going here to sell cards don't and if your going here to buy cards don't do that either there selection is mediocre. The person that was going through my card also was rushing and seemed like he was in a hurry to get me out the store even though I was there...
