Have bought meat bundles here (online) since covid started. The way they do their 'online' orders needs alot of work!! You place your order online and then receive an email saying your order is ready to be picked up but when you arrive to the store your order is not actually ready! You still have to wait for them to put it together. What is the point of placing online! This last weekend we placed an order, received our email stating order was ready, drove from the southeast side to pick up. Arrived at store to be told 'their saw was down' so our order couldn't be fulfilled unless we substituted everything that had bones (steaks, pork chops, etc) for boneless cuts of meat. What ?? We were buying the summer bundle (alot of bone in meat!). Why did they not call us esp after sending an email saying it was ready!! The staff was EXTREMELY RUDE!! Do they not realize people drive from a distance to get to their store!!! My husband was trying to find out a time frame and 1 of their employees became extremely rude and started getting loud. The situation then escalated and all of the employees came out of the store as if they were going to jump my husband! A man that claimed to be the owner (and was NOT wearing a face mask!!) was arguing with my husband and when he asked if we received an email stating our order was ready my husband showed him the email and the man became even more aggressive and was cussing and yelling at my husband and told us to leave. Wow! I guess he doesn't really even want to admit THEY WERE IN THE WRONG!! On top of that terrible situation, while in the store I noticed a couple employees in there preparing meat and had NO FACE MASKS AND NO GLOVES ON!! Its upsetting that we wasted our time (and gas!) driving all the way there and not getting our order but it is probably a blessing!!! Who knows how many people their employees are infecting! Even if times were 'normal' they should atleast be wearing gloves while handling food!!!! They make sure there is limited people in the store but what is the point in doing that when their own employees don't even follow the rules set in place during...

Ordered a bulk meat package that was not ready by the date promised. Called 4 days after it was supposed to be ready (we were told they would call when it was ready) and was on hold for 5 minutes while they tried to determine if they had our order or not. Finally someone told us that they only had part of our order, they found the ticket, but no longer had all the meat, and didn't know why we hadn't been called . They offered to make substitutions for the items, we told them what we wanted, and they then told us that we could pick it up anytime.
We arrived at the Meat Shop 2 hours later and the women at the counter had no idea what we were talking about. We explained again....... We waited for 25 minutes while they fumbled around in the freezer to put together the order that we were told was ready to pick up. While we waited, another customer came in to pick up an order that was also a week late. They left empty handed.
At the register they tried to charge us 2 times the price that we were quoted and that is advertised on their fliers. When we questioned the price difference they actually became rude with us. We did the math for them on paper with the prices from their price list. They adjusted the price and told us to "Take our meat and get the hell out of there".

I went in and was greeted promptly very welcoming Place is clean. Prices very similar to your Costco or Sam's Club Went with 2 full loins of NY Strips 21 steaks for a couples steak night We do several times throughout the year for various reasons . Thought I would go to a meat market Wanted it to be very special The Steaks were extremely dence Also making them extremely tough Very poor quality of meat I immediately send a pm to the owner Then called the next day ( Sunday) and was told to bring the remaining steaks In so I do that only then to be insulted was told I wasn't a chef so I didn't know how to cook them properly (I might not be a trained chef but at 58 years of cooking on a Webber grill I know the difference between a good Very tender steak and a stiff dence piece of meat ) I quickly suggested that he cooked one of there steaks and he walked away
Another clerk did apologize for the tough steaks & said they wouldn't take the remaining steaks back do to health concerns I told her I didn't expect them to resale them But possibly send back to their vendors Then was told best they can do offer a discount on future purchase ( that won't be happening...
