I had a horrible experience here. I brought my gen 5 iPod Touch in for repair, and they lost it for a couple weeks. I ended up calling them daily to figure out if they found it. Most of tbe employees were dismissive at best, some suggesting maybe I hadn't brought it in at all. They insisted the owner would be checking the tapes, but he never was in on the days they stated he would be. A few times I would stop by to check in, and two of those times they had closed up shop with no notice online or even a sign eplaining they had closed early for any reason. One of the times I was waiting to see if an employee was going to show up during their open hours, I noticed some phones just sitting out, under the counter but in clear sight. I will add these photos as well. At this point, I thought my iPod may have been stolen but they found it three weeks from me bringing it in, in an unused cash register drawer. They had forgotten to order the part in this three weeks. They ordered it, then proceeded to forget to install it for another week even though I called, requesting that it be done three days before I had to go out of town. When I got back into town, they still had not installed the new home button. Granted, they offered a discount, but no $5 off was going to fix this stress. So I took it back and brought it to Doddy's, where it was fixed within a week...

If you do want to get a resold device here make sure YOU can use it (not just the last owner) and check it out to see if you like it/test out the sound and speed and everything else you care about. Student discount is 5%.
My friend was at the mall like it was a 9 to 5 job because her wallet and keys were in the store as he had locked them both out, truly taking that long and costing around $45 (the phone wasn't fixed in the end). My advice would be to know the specs on each device that's being resold there (as I couldn't be told the right ones), and to sell the right cords to the right devices and notice when one doesnt fit after using it for hours 💀 Even if I excuse everything else me being able to figure that out before the person who has fixed "thousands" of devices is crazyyy. (I also couldn't use the laptop for nearly 24 hours before I even went back for that because it was stuck on the last owner's account and password and I could not factory reset it without their 'Microsoft key'). It also has terrible sound quality so I feel like I should have...
Read moreI had the worst customer service experience here and I do not recommend using All About Phones. If Dakota makes a mistake on your device he will not take any responsibility for it.
A really long fiasco but in short, they broke my iphone (which was actually working fine, it only had a tiny LCD bleed that he said he could easily fix in an hour) while working on it. Dakota lied to me when I came back in 2 hours later and said they were still working on it. The next day I come in and find out it is broken and all my data is lost. They said sorry and replaced it with another used iphone that did not work properly. Dakota, gave me the run around non stop and refused to acknowledge that this was extremely inconvenient for me as I requested a new phone or help fixing it. Finally the cell service stopped working and when I came in again he threatened to kick me out of the store because "I was getting heated"! and used gaslighting to manipulate my feelings. I decided I couldn't deal with it any more and I have to buy a new phone...
