This place is like a joke! They don't treat their customers fairly. I went to get a document notarized, waited in line for about 20 minutes. While waiting in line, a lady came and asked me why I was there, after I responded she asked me if I made an appointment, and she informed me that without an appointment they wouldn't be able to help me. She told me I could go to USP for notarization! I'M A BOFA CUSTOMER AND I HAVE RIGHT TO GET ANY SERVICE YOUR BANK OFFERS! (How dare you tell your customer to go somewhere else to get the service you are supposed to provide.) I kept waiting, and the security guard walked by and asked people behind me if anybody has an appointment. Nobody responded. Then the same guy came and asked me for what type service I was waiting for. I told him that I was there for a notary service. He asked me what that lady told me. (this shows that don't have a set procedure, it all depends on what one person says, and it can change from person to person) After I told him what that lady said, he said they are all booked for today, they will be serving only people with an appointment. But same person saw that in seconds ago, none of those people waiting in the line had an appointment! Why didn't he tell all those people they couldn't serve them today? They let people without an appointment in depending on what type service they were getting, this is not fair! Same lady who told me to get an appointment let the person in front of me in. She was talking to someone else when we walked in, and we didnāt know that we should check in for the appointment first, so we just walked directly to the couches and waited for the clerk. While we were waiting, instead of coming up and noticing us about checking in, she was just sitting there and staring us unfriendly all the time. After a while, before we entering the clerkās office, she came up and scolded us in front of everyone that we āshould check in first next time, instead of just walking directly in and sitting on the couch.ā Well, if you are able to do your work and greet people when they come in politely with clear instructions, maybe it would be easier for everyone. You have someone upfront but even than itās hard to see her behind the desk monitor. Doesnāt say welcome, just stood there until you told her what you needed. Got to the tellers and stood in line behind 3 people. Waited 30 minutes. Clients were very upset with the wait. One guy yelling at the female teller and told her that she didnāt care about the guests, she responded āNo, I donāt.ā Was very shocked to hear her admit that. The area is so quiet and small, you could hear every thing between the client and the teller. Didnāt feel safe telling the teller my bank info as everyone can hear you so clearly.
