David Sills Lower Peters Canyon Park — Attraction in Irvine

I give this one star for an experience I had there. The elementary school has shared use of the facility, and as such the courts are often closed down. This time, they didn’t even post their hours. So, we get there, get all set up, and some coach tries to tell us that they have the rights to the court. Turns out, the guy was wrong as they didn’t have it posted anywhere. Great park! There are two playgrounds for kids, tennis courts, softball and soccer fields.

They also have bathrooms and a vending booth, maybe to be used as a concession stand when sports are going on. When there's nothing going on, there is a vending machine available as well for a quick snack.

I love this park! While is small, it has plenty to do for the little ones.
