I visited this Chipotle location on July 23rd, 2023 at around 9:00 PM. Normally, my experiences at Chipotle are characterized by cheerful service and inviting interactions. Unfortunately, my experience at this particular location did not live up to that standard.
Despite making an effort to engage with the staff, my greetings and friendly questions were met with indifference. The feeling of being blatantly ignored left a sour taste in my mouth, which is ironic given that one visits restaurants primarily for a pleasant taste experience. From the moment I walked in, the lack of basic courtesy and respect was clearly evident. When I asked, "How are you doing?" in an attempt to create a cordial atmosphere, my inquiry was dismissed without any acknowledgment. This blatant disregard for the basic tenets of customer service was disheartening.
Beyond the apparent apathy displayed by the staff, there was a pervasive sense of rudeness that is uncharacteristic of what I've come to expect from Chipotle. Not once did I see a smile from the staff, or even an attempt at politeness. The customer experience was, frankly, unpleasant and far from the warm, welcoming environment I've typically encountered at other Chipotle locations.
If the staff at this location are having a rough day, that is understandable. We all do. However, the service industry is built on hospitality, and that was certainly lacking in my experience. When customers feel unwelcome, it can significantly impact their overall perception of the establishment.
I am disappointed and hope that Chipotle takes these issues seriously. A restaurant's success relies heavily on not just the quality of its food, but also the quality of its service. While I've had positive experiences at Chipotle in the past, this unfortunate encounter has led me to rethink my patronage.
Kindly consider this feedback as an opportunity for improvement. A little bit of courtesy and a friendly demeanor can go a long way in creating an enjoyable dining experience. I sincerely hope that future customers at this location are treated with more kindness...

The brisket is okay, but the flavor is much more BBQ than Mexican, and I don’t think it really goes with the flavors of the other ingredients. It’s got more of a sweet BBQ sauce flavor, if you can imagine. The carne asada was much better in terms of flavor profile, I wish they’d kept that. I actually don’t think I’ve been here since they got rid of the carne asada. The rice, beans and meat in my bowl weren’t really warm, either, which was another downer. It’s also amazing to me that the prices are increasing, yet the portions are decreasing. How could your employees provide any good hygiene to the food when they cannot wash their hands after using the toilet?
I don’t like writing a review but this issue really bothers me. I went to this Chipotle and grabbed lunch with my husband today everything was fine until we finished our lunch. My husband wanted to wash his hands which I did as well. We both entered the restrooms and found out that both soap machines in both restrooms don’t work! Plus in the other restroom, the hand sanitizer was empty and the sink head was completely pointing to the left and impossible to use!
If I have a diarrhea later, I would never have to find out how and why. I also feel bad for my husband since he ordered...
