Starbucks — Restaurant in Irvine

I’m a regular consumer who always buy coffee at Starbucks. Today it was very weird i went to get my refill my drink i always order. This 6’6 black person gave me a Threat of my life. The young asain girl black long hair has her cell phone in her back pocket 5’0 to 5’5 months took her boyfriend or sugar daddy to be threatening people whoever is talking with her. So let’s do this? Fired that person for doing that to consumers or I will be the biggest lawsuit in Starbucks history never had before. Remember key of success is great customer service loyalty and discipline. This is not acceptable at all. I hope you will fired this person today. I love coming into this Starbucks they are family. Once someone does this problem it makes Starbucks looks bad. Nobody in line. I was the only one. Seven (7) employees behind the counter. Only 2 were doing anything tha thg I could see. Waited 5 minutes, no kidding, to get helped, and then by one of the staff that was actually doing something. Medium dark roast with some cream and splenda. All we have is sugar and Stevia. No kidding! I canceled my order. I went doors down to the bagel shop. Was greeted promptly with a smile, for my coffee, then went to the condiment bar. They had everything and more. At 2:20pm, we ordered 4 drinks and they missed my Match Green Tea Frapp. We waited for 5 mins and asked them what happened to my drink. They missed the drink and told me that I have to wait for other lines to get my Frapp. I asked them clearly “do I have to wait for lines for the drink you missed?” And this lady gave me that weird look and I told her not to give me that look. Then the other male employee said she didn’t give me the look. And he mentioned that she gave me that look because I talked too much. Where is the customer service here?
