Ms. Han is the best Chinese teacher I have ever met. We treasure every lesson my son has with her. As my son was born in the UK, it was challenging to find a professional Chinese teacher to introduce and cultivate a genuine interest in learning Chinese. Ms. Han has pitch-perfect immaculate Mandarin Chinese pronunciation and helped my son improved his speech significantly. Teacher Han has a magical touch; not only did she encourage my son to voluntarily pick up Chinese books in his free time, but she also significantly improved his writing skills. From starting with basic writing to now independently completing a four-page composition, we, as parents, feel incredibly gratified and grateful to have found such an excellent teacher.

Ms. Han has her own educational philosophy and takes strict responsibility for the children, a quality I truly appreciate. While she may appear to be strict, it simply stems from her passion, and she genuinely wants every child to succeed. As peers of similar age, I consider myself fortunate to have Ms. Han as such a sincere friend. Even before we arrived in Irvine, she provided us with heartfelt advice. Ms. Han is not only supportive of my son but also very kind, offering valuable advice for our move from the UK to Irvine. Last year, our family had to relocate to Michigan due to personal reasons, causing a great deal of uncertainty. We chose Hanyuan Chinese School not only because they use the Ma Liping teaching materials but also because we value Ms. Han’s professionalism and dedication. In class, Ms. Han guides children to focus on learning the textbook content, diligently checks each child’s grasp of the material weekly, and reinforces practice on challenging points. After class, Ms. Han frequently organizes students to rehearse textbook plays. On Chinese holidays, the school holds special events to stimulate children’s interest in learning Chinese and Chinese culture. Great Chinese school. Ms Han is very passionate about teaching. She keeps her class in small size, so that every student in her class gets lot of attention. She also developed online content so that student can review after class, which is very helpful for my son to fully understand and remember what has been taught in class. In addition to speaking, reading and writing Chinese, Ms Han is also very passionate about helping kids to understand Chinese culture.
