An incredible experience all around. The quality of this chicken is absolutely incredible. Crispy, delicious and juicy meat. Far superior to competing chicken and hot chicken places. We ordered a 16-piece boneless with the secret spicy sauce on the side. We originally purchased for to go and then asked if we could change it to dine in. The cashier quickly plated our to-go order and escorted us to a table and brought us water and prepared our sauces for the table. Absolutely exceptional customer service here. It does take quite a while for them to cook the chicken so plan for a little bit of a wait, but it's absolutely worth it because it arrives to the table steaming hot. I call them on the phone and they will put you on speaker and will not speak for like a minute. Repeated this like five time. I can hear the background noise but the staff will not answer! Why are they wasting customers precious time? They sell too many chickens and make too much money? You have no excuse for that!
