Our dog not only enjoyed the park areas, but also the Farmer's Market (saw 2 dog product booths) & of course loved the food trucks. As we went on a Sunday right after the rains, it was likely atypical, i.e., less booths, food trucks, crowds, balloon & carousal not operational. There is a balloon ride available at free of cost. So amazing . you can see the entire city from the top great view.
