Bio bay beach — Attraction in Isla de Vieques

It was very interesting. The ride to the bay was very uncomfortable via the tour we signed up for. It’s a very very bumpy ride, with many tour entering the water all at the same time. The water only glows when it is agitated, so you must agitate with your hands or paddles. It’s dark with zero light so best to go with tour.
