Travel west from St. George on Sunset Drive and Hwy. 91. Make a right after the Kayenta community to reach the reservoir. The reservoir has been around for a while but was recently made into a park with Sandy beaches, picnic tables, bathrooms and an outdoor shower to rinse sand off after swimming. Spectacular views of the reservoir, red cliffs reflecting in the water and hiking and walking trails..a special place.

What a gorgeous background to a fun place to swim and enjoy the beach! The water and sand are fantastic. Not Rocky! And safe place for kids to play. Shallow enough for little ones and big enough for big kids. All free with nice restrooms! Bring shade because...
