So we heard about this place from a friend and decided to give it a try while we were down in St. George.
When you first get to the labyrinth you’ll want to read the initial signs because it talks a little bit about the experience that you can have it there.
If you have smaller kids it may be hard to help them enjoy and truly appreciate The concept behind the labyrinth but it’s still a fun place to go.
The idea is to go and walk through the labyrinth in silence and use it as almost a ritual, if you will, where you’re leaving old things behind.
My kids are a little bit older and they still struggled to stay “silent” the whole time. Sure most of your parents can relate to that. But it was still overall a good experience as we talked about the concept of deciding what we want to leave behind.

I go there and do two things, one thing is you let your mind wander while you walk and then you stop and ask for guidance on a particular issue you're thinking about, you see if theres signs in the earth or heavens to explain anything to you. The second thing is when you reach the center it's like reaching heaven and the thing you think about before you enter needs to be left behind on this earth, or released.
