The lady was rude to my girlfriend accused her of stealing...lied about the fact she had on camera her putting the shoes in her purse.hurried to call thecops without talking about it first.aafter some in store investigations we found the shoes in the store lady remained rude..and hesitant to apologize..or admit it may have been handled improperly. We decided to purchase the products that had been set aside for are pickup..half of wich had been put back on the shelves..and then the total was suddenly more...this is NOT!! The workers on the day I brought in clothing to consign were very rude. I saw her walk behind a customer and spray air freshener closely behind her with a disgusted look on her face. She was rude about my clothing that I had brought in. Her and a younger worker stood by as I carried 7 large totes back out to my car , standing feet away from the door and not even offering to hold the door for me. The staff is friendly, its set up pretty weird IMO. A lot and I mean a LOT of outdated & out of style clothing, and a lot of items I wouldnt buy resale. Shirts that were $5 originally ans now pilling and used looking. No bathing suits and not much of any spring clothing set out so close to spring break. I love supporting small business, maybe a huge clearence sale or something to clear out the outdated...
