I have the app and also get promotional emails. I work very close to this location. Decided to call in a pickup order because I received an offer on both the app and by email that October is National Pizza Month and to celebrate cottage inn is offering 15% off your order!
I would give them zero but it doesn't let me. I ordered online at 6:35pm on a Saturday and it said my order would be ready at 7:19pm. Ok it is Saturday I understand they are busy. I get there at just after 7pm just in case it was done early. I paid and was told 10 minutes or so. I watched as 10 people behind the counter worked against each other in ways I have never seen before. At 7:20 I asked and they said they were just waiting on my sub and it would just be a couple minutes while I look at the oven and the pizzas were falling out of the oven because no one was watching it and it was backed up. I then watched the lady making the sub making one sub ever 5 minutes because she would turn around and talk to someone and when she finally finished I was told they were waiting for the oven because it was too full. The manager then told me to be patient with them they were busy. At this point it had been an hour since I ordered. Patients ended then because when I worked for domino's in downtown lubbock if we took an hour to deliver a pizza during a texas tech game we were in trouble. And there were only 4 - 6 workers behind the counter. I am contacting corporate and the GM and will not return to this...

I placed a simple order through the app for delivery... Got the email receipt, about 55 mins out. Not terrible, it is Saturday evening. Hour and 20 mins later I called to get a status. The girl that answered was polite and said she didn't see the order, "there's 4 drivers out, so it must be on the way" Less then 10 mins later (I'm assuming the manager) called and said they were extremely backed up our pizza was still in the oven and they would send out the order as soon as possible. I agreed.
Maybe 5 mins after that she called back and said our order was in the system as a pickup and didn't have any of my information for delivery. (Funny she had my number) I asked if she would remake it and send it out and she agreed. I also asked if she could take a few dollars off because we're looking at 2.5 hours from when I sent it. she replied with, oh we can't do that it's through the app... (Which I was paying cash anyway and they've done it before) So I cancelled my order and...
