Wouldn't give the sample I called about to a relative who was picking it up for me. Claimed they needed paperwork that they never told me about over the phone. I went in person to look at stones and pick up the sample but they said the staff was too busy in the back so they'd mail it first thing the next business day. They never sent it, and I was seriously considering using it for a kitchen countertop. They made it impossible to do business with them.
