My second favorite cottage to visit after Indian Mound. Very well restored and furnished. No access to upstairs, but the dining room and parlors are full of great details. Also an interesting gallery featuring quotes from a tutor who spent a season on the island, taken from her letters home. She had a witty and a little sarcastic take on the wealthy club members that is quite different from the picture often painted of them in the other...

This home is rich in history and beautiful. You can only go inside if you go to Jekyll island mosaic museum to purchase a tour ticket . Only bottom floor is open when u do . Top floor is still being worked on . Look with your eyes don't touch ✨️ Keep this...
