Liberty Island — Attraction in Jersey City

My family and I were on a short weekend visit to NYC and our last stop was to see the Statue of Liberty before we flew back to Texas. I had purchased the New York City Pass, and I could not get the application to support a confirmation on the New Jersey Ferry to the Statue of Liberty. When I went to the window to ask for help or purchase tickets (which would have cost me about $100 ), the teller at the window tried to help me get the app to scan. He then brought out additional support--Josef. This employee went above and beyond in his kindness and support of our goal to see Lady Liberty, up to walking us to the ferry site. I commend the entire team on the New Jersey Ferry site for their kindness and support of tourists. While the fact the New York City Pass did not scan was extremely frustrating, the fact that help was given in such a kind manner was amazing. I just want to make sure Josef and the teller are commended for their great customer support. Thank you! These Texans left that day with the best of feelings for our new friends...

Disappointed with Ferry Service – Unreliable and Disrespectful to Workers

My husband works for the restoration company in charge of the Ellis Island Museum, a critical project preserving our shared history. Part of the agreement with the island was that transportation would be provided for employees, with the understanding that they would board the ferry last before departure.

Unfortunately, today the ferry staff completely disregarded this agreement. Employees were left behind, their schedules thrown off, and the ferry was overloaded with other passengers. This is not only unprofessional but deeply disrespectful to the people working hard to restore a national landmark.

The workers deserve basic consideration and respect — not to be left stranded due to poor planning and crowd mismanagement. I hope this situation is addressed seriously by the...

I rlly enjoyed the time I was in the ferries to go to the liberty Island and Ellis Island it was very nice I loved it I recommend you to go with your friends and family members cause it will be epic it is also epic at night when you pay to stay in the statue like I did because you can actually see Stars but unfortunately you have to leave because you can't sleep there I also enjoyed my time there because a saw my favorite celebrity which is Cardi B and I toke pics but lost them so I can't post it but I will post them later so I loved that day I went so Just go it is incredible...
