Read moreOn Wednesday 21 of June we went to the Statue of Liberty. There where taking pictures with the statue so I asked the price and they told me 15 dollars for 1 picture. I asked if there where digital prints and they said yes. They did not add that there where extra charge for it. They took 5 pictures. When we arrived at the store at 4:30 pm the women attending the photo shop had printed 5 of them. She wanted to charge us with 57 dollars for all pictures. We picked one and asked for the digital prints. She was very rude and told us that with one picture we did not get the digital prints. I told her that was not the information they gave us when we asked at the place of the pictures. The sign printed on the counter said the following: 1 photo 15.95 + tax, 2 photos (package 1) 24.95+ tax, 4 photos (package 3) 34.95+ tax, Digital delivery (add on) 10.95+tax. She then told me that I had to buy 2 photos to get the digital prints, I asked how much and she told me 25 dollars. All with very bad manners. When I went to pay it was 25 plus 10.95. I was very upset that all the information they gave me was wrong with the intention to lead us to buy. I asked her name and she did not give it to me. I told her that it was wrong that they give the wrong information. I called the manager. At last I did not buy the pictures. The woman was very rude. Her co-workers did not want to give me her name. There where more people complaining for the same reasons as us. The company is giving wrong information to the customers and the person attending is very rude. Firstly she shouldn’t have printed all the pictures. We where at the Empire State and we got to pick the pictures to print and the information was clear about the price. It was a very...
