Last weekend I was able to travel from Boston to Jersey with a friend of mine to attend a lash training at Luxe Lash Beautique. I met Ashley and she was such a blessing! Her vibe and knowledge made me feel so comfortable and confident throughout my entire training. She provided me with so much information that I am able to use towards my new lash journey. I am so thankful for the opportunity that was given to me and it couldnât have been done without the amazing instructor I had. Luxe Lash Beautique was so cute and clean, it was calming and the energy was so positive and great! Ashleyâs definitely extremely educated in her field and all she does. She provides you with the proper resources needed, and allows you to keep contact which is amazing for any questions and to also see your progressing in success. Iâve never seen anyone so happy as Ashley and her students/clients when she hears and is discussing about others and their successful journey after taking her lash training.    Read moreGroupon buyers beware!!! Out of the hundreds of lash deals on groupon, I was attracted to this one. When I called I got through to the owner Ashley. She advised me that the Groupon was not accepted every day and the days that it was accepted it was not worth some of the master lash technicians time. I was told I could not walk in with the Groupon because most of the technicians could not accept it. They get half of what the Groupon was paid for. How is this my problem? I felt like if I purchase the Groupon I would be treated as a second-class citizen. Now why would I want to give my money to this establishment again? I am in customer service and I would dare not refuse a coupon. This lash Boutique could have gotten business from me and most of my friends just based off of Groupon. But now I would advise people not to even go because of the poor customer service.    Read moreSo, unfortunately I didn't read the bad reviews before I booked and i have had a repeat performance of past clients... my appointment this month was canceled by email less than 4 hours before its start time. Considering our current social climate, I was concerned at first, hoping all is well with the service providers. Then, I checked for similar situations.
If I had initiated the cancelation, my deposit would have immediately been non-refundable; however, I have yet to receive my deposit back, a new appointment or a reply to my emails for their cancelation.
