Flip N' Fun Trampoline Park — Attraction in Jersey Village

Scheduled my kiddo’s 3rd bday party. When we scheduled it sounded all great and perfect over the phone. The guy offered to have our cake made from someone he knows. I called in advance to confirm the cake was made on the day of the party just be waiting I had an odd feeling, In fact there was NO CAKE! When we got there, not only did I have to run to the store for cake, ALL of the pizzas were horribly made, and THEY WERE INCORRECT! I ordered 1 cheese, 1 hamburger, and 3 pepperoni’s. The cheese fell off EACH slice! Even the host felt bad, so she spoke to management and they offered to replace all of them, thanks. 2nd set comes out and yet AGAIN they are wrong and AGAIN The SAME exact problem occurred with the second set of pizzas. The bill for 20 plus 10 more kids was $900, and we were suppose to have a host but she was too busy going back and forth from the kitchen to party room. For a party this large, we should have had 2 hosts.. the party was a joke and SUPER EMBARRASSING to guests. If I knew how disorganized and unprepared this facility was going to be, I would have NEVER did my sons party here. I felt really bad for the host because it looks like she was really embarrassed too and she tried her best to accommodate us as much as she could, poor girl. None of this was her fault... anyway you want your money’s worth? Urban Air is not too far from here, I would suggest you go there and expect a 100% better experience than Flip N Fun...

I have read other reviews and for me personally I found this establishment great. Upon our (myself and 6 boys) the place was clean and friendly. Staff helped us get a better value by offering a day pass instead of buying individually. They could have just let us waste our money being we didn't know better. They are well diversified. Several other attractions other than just trampolines. As well they still maintain a good amount of different trampoline areas to be competitive. This was a good fit for us. I live 5 minutes from Altitude Trampoline Park and 20 minutes from Flipping Fun. Hands down I will continue to make the longer drive to come here. I did come during a slower time (Saturday morning) so at different times the experience may differ but i was very pleased with our choice. With my experience I find it unfortunate that people would rate this place poorly. I believe some people are all to quick to write some nasty reviews and not enough are giving the time to write a fair review. At the end of the day we had a great time. Plenty of options and choices without too much compromise. If you want high quality food go to a restaurant. This place offers fast food type snacks as any reasonable person would expect. Prices are very competitive to any other tramp parks In the area. We have been to many of them, Flipping Fun holds a solid place among them. I look forward to...

Yasmin was very attentive and really cares about her parties. Everything was ready for us when we arrived, the food was really good, and the entire experience was pleasant. Thats really all you can ask for in a party! The only thing the kids wanted more of was jump time! In other words they had a blast as well. So if you have a party ask for Yasmin to be your hostess and you won't be disappointed!

The only disappointment is the commemorative t-shirt. The "party" shirt only comes in child sizes or you can get a $10 game card. They did not say this until I went to ask for the correct size shirt for my son, the party was over, and they said they will only give a game card. I said they have other shirts in larger sizes. Why can't we have that? She said they were purchase only. I asked how much and she said $10. I then said if the shirt is $10, worth a $10 card, why not just switch ot out? She said no. Only a game card that can be used the next time we come. I said, dont worry about us returning and left with a too small shirt that she said we can give to someone else since it won't fit my son. Really? I spent over $500 and you can't give a shirt that will fit him, and just give the memory to someone else? Wow.
