This is the first time my family attended at their new building. We’ve been to this church when our previous pastors have been guest speakers (Mark & Trina Hankins) from Alexandria, LA. It was when they were at the strip mall.
It’s a very welcoming church everyone is very joyful, and it’s genuine. We’re excited to go back and it’s worth the drive.
The messages we’ve heard Chas share are always very practical on how to live a Spirit-filled walk with God. At this particular service it was about using the Word of Righteousness - relying on Holy Spirit to guide us and deny the flesh. The more we deny the flesh (sin nature), the stronger our spiritual walk will be. I love how he gives examples on what we may do (I.e. They also teach Christian maturity and will help you grow up in Christ. HFC is Spirit-filled with wonderful and anointed praise and worship, and a truly loving congregation. Come and experience it...

Someone who worked for the church approached my kids in a rude way from behind and told them we couldn’t have drinks in which is understandable, but we seen others who did as well just kind of felt like we were targeted and it was close to the end of service, other than that most people were very kind! Will still be going! My daughter who is 7...
