IN ALL FRANKNESS, Lifes Realities teaches us all sooner or later that the UTTERLY BASIC NEEDS of all HUMAN'S (shelter, heat, water, food, cleaning supplies, plenty storage supplies and RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION) come 1st & Foremost BEFORE bill payments, dining out, purchases, and entertainment! That said, this is a business service that is absolutely crucial and not just during hard economic times!! By partnering with financier's they're able to 'WORK WITH' the consumer VERSUS pushing the consumer away or strangleholding the consumer under a 'Noose-Neck Contract' as most other Service Industry Provider's do today. The 90-Day Finance Option here grants the consumer whether struggling to survive or not AN OPPORTUNITY to undoubtedly AFFORD to ensure the viability of ones overall health AND welfare. Both owners are very professionally & personably friendly as well. Their product knowledge is also very proficient particularly on best brands to purchase. But as I said when CRUNCH TIME HITS / or WHEN NEED ARISES as others may say, what the BOTTOM LINE IS is "DOES IT WORK, does it come with a warranty [& those details] & HOW SOON CAN IT BE DELIVERED BECAUSE WE HAVE TO EAT". So an even longer story cut short here, IF....IF.....you (& please do share knowledge of this service all around.....I'm dead serious....even tell stranger's.....never know who's really in dire need) so IF....IF you have any need to replace or purchase another refrigerator and for whatever reason don't elect the atypical offerings at local home improvement stores THEN PLEASE STOP BY THIS WELL-KEPT, VERY ATTRACTIVELY ORGANIZED BUSINESS LOCATION NAMED GUARANTEED APPLIANCE in Johnson City ['Lil' Chicago], Tennessee right off Brown's Mill Rd. just before N. Roan St. They'll do their best to take care of your urgent need. ▪︎▪︎ P.S.: Once you visit the store the Owner will text you a link that contains all the pertinent data (store, exact product desired, price, etc). Then you must proceed to apply online using that link to be approved for their 90-Day Financed Option. Now here's my only digg at those who typically don't try nor intend to pay: DON'T COME & TRY TO DESTROY THIS CRUCIAL BUSINESS SERVICE OR ELSE FACE A 3RD PARTY LAWSUIT + JAILTIME if I get wind of your shenanigans! Best you stay away from this business service and not destroy it for others who truly pay...
Read moreFirst washer worked for a few cycles, then broke. Second washer worked twice, then broke. The warranty only covers you from the date of first purchase, not from the trade in date. I was not made aware of this. Now I’m told I can get a third washer but it won’t be covered under warranty. Asked for a refund. Denied. With reasonable circumstances it’s understandable. But my experience is that they’re selling crap products and not standing behind them. If I swap for a third washer there are no guarantees it will work and based on the pattern so far, it probably won’t last more than a couple cycles. Please make this right and I will update the review.
Update 2/6, thank you for the refund. I would have appreciated if the matter had been settled before forcing me to go to google. You should be renewing the warranty when you swap out broken appliances, or by telling buyers upfront that the warranty only lasts 90 days regardless of how many times a broken appliance ends up being swapped out. Obviously you do not test them as thoroughly as you claim, otherwise you would not have sold a piece that even the tech said in disbelief, "They sold...
Read moreNo stars. This place really needs to rename their name instead of guaranteed it should be worthless appliances. If you want something that's gonna stop working after the warranty spend your money here. I've went through like five fridges from this place. The last one quit on me at 5 months so they won't cover it. Although the situation I've been through with them. They don't show up on time they don't do deliveries on time and their appliances don't work (besides working for the warranty time), and sometimes they don't hook up things correctly. ( I had a dryer they installed that sparked because they didn't install it properly). I spoke with Amber from the warehouse who said she spoke with the owner, and basically since it's out of warranty can't do anything. Besides paying $100 bucks to come out. My freezer went out on the fridge I had which caused all the food to go bad. Because they don't care and it's definitely not guaranteed. Amber stated it wasn't their fault but indeed it is because even a used appliance should last a year not 5 months or so. I will never buy again. Scammers and low life's that work here...
