Atlantic Locksmiths — Attraction in Johnston

I discovered Atlantic Locksmiths when I called East Side Service Center to inquire if they could install a replacement ignition system on my 2002 Honda Civic. The technician said they don' t service Honda's and recommended Atlantic Locksmiths.

When I called and spoke to the very pleasant and helpful employee, Cassandra, she also informed me that if I am a AAA member, the cost of replacing the ignition would be reduced by $50 if I contact AAA and have them dispatch their locksmith truck to where my car is located.

After following Cassandra's instructions, I received a call back from her and she informed me when to expect the repairman to arrive. I also received a second call from her indicating that the repairman was leaving his last customer and heading to my location. I also received a text message from AAA indicating when the repair truck would arrive.

Brian, the repairman arrived on time and informed me the problem was not the ignition; it was a worn-out key. He quickly cut me a new master key using the spare valet key which had barely been used. He programmed the key to work with my vehicle and was done in 15 minutes.

I was impressed with Brian' s professionalism and courtesy. After he left, I received a follow-up call from Cassandra.

I am extremely impressed with the people who work at Atlantic Locksmiths. I highly recommend them and commend them for their great customer service and quality of work.

Most recently my automobile key was solidly stuck in the door lock. AAA Roadside Service sent out a locksmith to assist me. This was a tricky situation but It was resolved within 20 minutes. The key was removed from door lock and in working condition for the ignition! I was hoping that it would be Atlantic Locksmiths because I have had great service from them previous instaces, as well. They have made many keys with never a problem! (I have previously gone to HD to have keys made. I can not remember the last time I had keys made there which actually worked. Atlantic is AWESOME! We just bought a house and at the closing, the previous owners handed us 11 keys for their 3 doors. We immediately called Atlantic to switch out the locks and upgrade the hardware. They showed up right away and switched all 3 door locks out in minutes. They best part is, all 3 doors now use the same 1 key. I threw out 11 keys and put one on my key chain. Nel was our install technician. He was kind, courteous and most importantly great at his job. You could tell he was a true professional. He was in and out in under an hour. This was probably an easy job for Nel, but knowing our house is safe and secure means the world to us.
