Honey Dew Donuts — Restaurant in Providence

They actually get my smores coffee order correct but close before 6pm. I pulled up at 5:50pm and the lady inside signals that they are closed. The dining room closes at 3pm and the drive through closes at 6pm. Every other Honey Dew is open even if I pull up at 5:59pm. Disappointing...took a frantic drive trying to make it to this Honey Dew only for them to be closed before they are supposed to be closed....saw 3 other customers also be turned away. Smh

**Update: her name is Debbie - she got mad at me for leaving this review and then told me to not come into the Hartford Honey Dew when she is working (I don't know about you but I go into Honey Dew when I feel like it, but that's just me). I was already making an effort not to catch her on her shift because she doesn't know how to make my coffee. But your employee is also extremely petty - I had a Missy make my coffee today (she was great - Missy gets 5 stars) but I needed to run back inside to grab some sugar and had the unfortunate luck of the shift changing and Debbie being at the counter. All I asked for was some sugar for the coffee Missy had already made me and she refused to give me that (after just ignoring me at the counter) - for as mature of a woman as she looks like she has the maturity level of a high schooler. 3/10/2020 A young lady in the drive thru around 12:15pm today who made my coffee was so polite and helpful! I gave her some confusing instructions on how to make this new style of coffee I decided to try and it came out a bit differently than I thought. (Med. Iced mocha, not too much mocha, xx, with coconut and almond pumps) She remade it for me even though it was technically what I asked for! She altered it just slightly with a little more mocha and it came out perfectly! Wow. I told them what I wanted six times they got it wrong every time. It was just a breakfast sandwich.. Two people working on the register not a single person in there and they still couldn’t get it right. There was one girl who was kind enough to remake my drink and I appreciated It but the person she was working with was either on drugs or didn’t understand what I was asking for. When I asked them to take it off my bill, they couldn’t because there was no manager. Like impressively terrible.
