Miss hanging out in your creepy PawPaw's dark basement? Entering Chester's is like heading back in time. Like ... literally! Make sure to give yourself enough time too see everything (whether you know what the hell it does or not).

Chester's is part Garage Sale, part old timey dime store. Where else can you still get ginormous plugs for your computer from 1989? How 'bout some new (at least in year 2000) blank VHS tapes? Need to make an old school mixtapes... yup ... blank cassettes are just waiting to be dusted off. (Seriously, like a half inch of dust on them).

I'm pretty sure they have stuff here that you'll never find again minus your creepy Grandpa's dank basement. I don't think "obsolete" is a word used when dealing with Chester and His Funky Bunch.

They do have more modern electronic stuff but some of it is high-priced. Find comfort in the fact that your extra couple of dolla dolla bills supports...

So I normally work Monday thru Saturday so its tough to get up to Chester Electronics. However for the Labor Day holiday I had a Saturday off. I pitched the idea to my wife to go up there. The outlet mall is just a few miles away. Hint. Hint. Guys. After she agreed i had to put a list of parts that i needed together, get the car ready, get the kid ready, and drive an hour to get there. So by the time all of that was completed we were going to arrive right at closing time. We called and asked if they wouldn't mind staying open for us for a bit longer. Which they did.
