After contacting the company I was informed the incorrect information i was given by their associates was my word against theirs. Terrible company. They lock their panels out so that no one else can ever get into programming. Even if a new homeowner has inherited the alarm and wants to use a company they know, I was personally told that we could just replace the panel that they would not help in unlocking it. This is not right as they do not own the panels although they act as if they do. Very bad business practices that will catch up with them in the long run......... An alarm panel can have the installers code...
