Subway — Restaurant in Kernersville

NO POINT IN PLACING ONLINE ORDERS!! I never write reviews, but I am beyond frustrated! My husband ordered online so he could pick up a quick healthy meal. The dark haired women, blonde girl, & blonde boy failed to make the sandwiches for the pick up time. Then once he got there they proceeded to make sandwiches for customers coming in and wash dishes. Meanwhile my husband makes sure they know he is waiting on the online order and the boy asks the woman "Did we ever make the second sandwich?". She says I'm making it now...which is 50 minutes since he placed the order and he has been waiting for 30 minutes!! I worked here a year ago. The place is absolutely disgusting, we were encouraged to not throw away expired food because they said we were throwing away too much. I had shifts all by myself where I had to both serve customers and prep food. Management was awful and we were so understaffed I had no help or anybody prepping food. We almost got shut down by the health department several times. Awful place to work, and I would never eat here if the food were free.

I went to this Subway and ordered 3 ft long sandwiches and a steak spinach wrap. When I got home to have dinner with my family, after eating a quarter of the wrap I found a long piece of brownish hair (in the wrap). Immediately called the store. Was told no manager was available and asked what I wanted. I explained the situation and was told by the young lady that answered the phone " she was the only one there and her hair is put up ", sorry. I will never do business with this Subway again. She was rude and the food was poorly prepared. Would have given less than 1 star...
