This place has some racist workers. On New Yearās Eve I went here to buy chicken wings and green beans because I knew the supermarkets will be closed early. While I was at the cash register getting ready to pay for my purchase. I handed the older white cashier a $100 bill and she said Itās a lot of these floating around. I tried to ignore her cause I knew that she was trying to say that my money was counterfeit, she used the money marker and mark my money, and then shine the light on it and see that it was real, she then gave me my change. I proceeded to the lottery machine that they have sitting in the front of the store. When I went to go put my money in the machine older white cashier walked past me and said to the other young cashier now heās over there playing with that free money suggesting that my money was fake and she gave me real money, but she put the money marker on my money and she also shine the light on my money and then she also gave me the change so how could it be that Iām playing with free money Because Iām a black man. I was very disgusted with the cashiers inside of this development not to say that I always come here and buy chicken wings and steak because they meat is real fresh. I also buy they cooked food. Iāve been living in the area for the last three years and have been to this development on several occasions, but this will be the last time that I will be going here Black people beware they do not want us insidetheir stores⦠I will be posting this to facebook as well. Itās 2025 and it is time to stop supporting...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI really wanted to love this store as it's locally owned and operated, but alas I felt no love. It's a smallish grocery store with large deli and meat counters that were decently stocked. Although there were few customers around, I waited nearly 10 minutes at the meat counter. The man working walked to me and grunted, "what do you want?" I asked for a lb of sausage links which he stuffed into a small plastic takeout container, bending and shoving them to fit. I really liked the look of the pork chops too, but his demeanor was so poor that I took the sausage and walked away. The rest of the store aisles were hit and miss...some okay and others with scant items available. Half the freezer section was empty. The egg cartons were scary...some short of a dozen and others filled with filthy eggs or cracked ones. The checkout process is slow and old fashioned with stamped price tags and a cashier who seemed unsure of what she was doing. I will give the place one more try, since we all have bad days now and then. But I suspect I'll eventually give in and hit up the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt's a local grocery store. They will have pretty much a bit of every basic item as far as grocery items go, but probably not your brand of items. The prices are higher than the typical big chain supermarkets. The staff was pleasant. If you are staying local for vacation, and don't want to drive 30 minutes to a large chain place this will do the trick. However, if you need specific brands or have dietary restrictions then this probably isn't the place for you. Think larger than 711 but along same price. They hadn't received their beef delivery yet so I bought frozen burgers. They had fruits, vegetables, frozen, deli, and refrigerated sections. As well as the typical pantry items. I didn't go there expecting a huge selection, and it met my...
