Subway — Restaurant in Penn Forest Township

I come to this Subway at least five times a month. Normally the staff is very nice and happy to get me whatever I want. Today was different though, there was a lady working there who I’m pretty sure was the manager helping me make my sandwich. She started off by telling me that her toaster was down so whatever I ordered could not be toasted… I was mad but I was starving so I made the sandwich anyway. I told her I wanted a spicy Italian 6 inch sandwich which is the sandwich of the day. She gave me a little bit of every single ingredient in my sandwich. I asked for more cheese and I was told I had to pay extra because that’s the only amount that comes on my sandwich. Then she tries to charge me for a 6 inch not being the sandwich of the day she had to void the whole transaction and pay me the difference of what she owed me but if I never said anything I wouldn’t of got my money back. Was living in poconos for a couple of days with my friends and went to this subway to get a quick bite but had a horrible experience. One of workers (Old white lady) was extremely racist. When we were ordering food she was extremely rude and was legit yelling at us. Like "hey come over here, your food is here". Not a smile a nothing, just a huge grumpy race and dirty looks. As soon as a white person came in, she was extremely nice. She was courteous and welcoming. Asked everyone how their day was and was smiling and actually making food properly. Living in 2017, it's kinda absurd that you can't even expect a huge fast food chain like subway to not be racist. Would not recommend going if...

My wife and I & our two boys, have been eating here since we moved out to the poconos. The owner is very friendly and always smiling with such a positive attitude and cheerful personality as well as the employees who work hard to have you...me, and anyone else who wants subway to eat for the day help make the perfect subway hoagie for their customers. Tables are never dirty either and everything is neat and clean even when they have there hands full. I high recommend this subway in...
