Shannon's Jewelers — Attraction in La Porte

Very old Jewelry Store, converted house. Quite cramped seating, not much Jewelry in Store. Rather messy shop. No one at counter, waited about 10 minutes before someone came out from back room. Skipped over me and started a conversation with woman behind me about a watch being repaired. I almost walked out. Parking lot needed maintenance, wavy gravel, no parking lines. People just pulled up and parked willy-nilly. Not good experience....

Seemed like a nice lady, the only issue is I brought my watch to get a couple links removed to get resized, was told she can't get it and she could oil it and wouldn't be able to get till Friday. Took it to AJ Schmitt and it took him two minutes to get it done. Selection was small of in-store items....
