A few weeks ago I lost my credit card. It was found by a 17-year-old kid who now is charged with fraud. But he charged $200 worth of food at LaPorte pantry. Tracking down the credit card I talked to the lady who owns the place. She knew who the kid was and has seen him many times before she told me. Then I went along with my investigations.
