Claire's — Attraction in Lake Wales

Have had the worst experience with Claire’s. I was already hesitant but I brought my 4 year old daughter to get her ears pierced because she was ready and wanted them. She was very excited. I don’t remember the girls name that did it but I know it wasn’t the manager. She got part of the gun attached to the back of the earring stuck on my daughters ear and had to get a girl from piercing pagoda to come over and help get it off. She also talked us into getting the rapid cleaner that is supposed to heal the piercing within 3 weeks. We used is religiously 3 times a day for the 3 weeks then decided to change her earrings out to a pair of sterling silver we bought from Claire’s. Here we are 6 weeks later and my daughter has crusted blood around her earrings. I clean them off really good and decide to switch back to the gold we originally got them pierced with and one would not stop bleeding when we took it out. My 4 year old is hysterical at this point. Just tried calling them 3 times in the middle of the day Friday and it just rings and rings with no answer. I am almost out of the solution now too. Last weekend i went to get my cartlidge pierced and i was so nervous and worried because I heard bad things about getting piercings at claire's but I am so glad i did, there were two girls working and sadly i didn't get their names but they were so kind and friendly and reassured me that it wasn't going to hurt. Went in asking for a job, the lady there was rude and kept cutting me off while I tried to answer her questions, at the end of the interaction I asked for her name come to find out she wasn’t even the manager, she pointed to said manager who was new so I didn’t pay much mind to her just standing there, and told me I needed to ask for “her name.” but they definitely need to work on their customer...
