I was genuinely looking forward to a fun day of jet skiing with my best friend, who had never experienced it before. After reading your positive reviews, I decided to try your company, even though I’ve used others in the past. Unfortunately, our experience was deeply disappointing and left us feeling frustrated and unfairly treated.
We did sign the waiver, including the clause about the $250 rescue fee. However, we were the pair rescued this past Saturday, and I believe the fee was unjustified given the circumstances. The jet ski we were given appeared to be one of the oldest in your fleet and had issues even before we lost the key, it wouldn’t start properly and may have been low on fuel or just old. At no point did we flip the jet ski. We simply couldn’t get back on due to the choppy water conditions.
More concerning is the lack of basic safety measures. There were no tracking devices, no emergency call systems, just a whistle. Out on a wide, loud lake, a whistle is practically useless. There’s no safe or practical way to bring a phone, so there’s essentially no way to call for help unless someone happens to pass by.
Knowing the water was rough, a simple warning would have gone a long way. Your rescue team was kind and professional, and the staff at check-in were courteous. This isn’t about them. This is about a company policy that penalizes customers for equipment and safety failures that aren’t their fault.
I won’t be returning or recommending your services. I hope this feedback prompts you to reevaluate your safety protocols and customer policies. No one should be charged for being put in a risky situation that could have been prevented.

We booked a barge to celebrate some friends birthdays and it was turned around after only 45 minutes. They claimed that 2 people were unsafe to be on the boat. We listened to the captain and dropped off the few people they had issues with. Then they BRIBED us saying he would only take the rest of us back out if we paid a 30% tip. He proceeded to kick everyone off the barge.
We called management and they said that their reasoning for not allowing the rest of us to go back out was because the captain had “had enough” which is NOT a valid reason to refuse a service we paid a lot of money for when no one else was causing any “issues.”
They didn’t offer any sort of discount/refund for this. Horrible and rude customer service. I’ve been on multiple party barges with other companies and have never had such an awful experience.

The tube looked a little worn but it worked fine and was fun to use. The anchor had plenty of rope for where we anchored out on the lake; the anchor itself collected a lot of mud while at the bottom while we were anchored which made it really heavy and hard to haul back up - good thing we had a very strong passenger on board who was able to pull it up. Ice chest was big but ice provided was really only a little melted ice in a small amount of water - good thing we had our own ice packs and pre-cooled water bottles. I probably could have asked for more ice but did not check it until we got out of the marina. All of the marina employees were professional, courteous and helpful. Finding parking and the path to the marina dock was confusing and I had to call the marina and ask several people near the dock for exact directions but everyone was very nice and helpful.
