San's Suit Outlet — Attraction in Lakewood

Went to Sans Suits South and Bellflower tonight....terrible experience. Attempted to return a shirt I purchased 2 days ago Still had tags on it and cardboard in the collar. I was "helped" by the owner who was very rude. He didn't want to take the return and said it wasn't returnable despite the receipt saying I had 7 days. I told him the salesman who sold me the shirt also told me I had 7 days to return it. He responded by yelling “I will fire him. He’s fired!” He then grabbed a shirt and was shaking it in front of me. He initiated giving me my money back in cash and then threw it back in the register and refused to refund me. I showed him his return policy at the bottom of the receipt as I just purchased the shirt 2 days prior. He then aggressively grabbed the shirt from me, rolled it in a ball and threw it in the garbage across the room. He then credited my card but refused to give me all my money back. When I asked him for all of the money he mumbled under his breath about me really breaking his balls and a few other rude and in appropriate things. He finally refunded my card and Then he told me to get out of this store and not come back! The guy has anger issues, is very aggressive and inappropriate to customers. Mens Suit Warehouse is right down the street. Way better...

This place is awful in their customer service, their in-house tailoring and their overall suit quality. For my wedding they gave me a cheap suit and had to make alterations to it three different times, and still couldn't get it to fit right. I ended up having to take my suit elsewhere to fix the tailoring issues so that it looked decent for my wedding.

If i could give this place no stars i would. what disappoints me is that i went to the owner's wife and tried to explain to her my frustrations, and she acted like she could care less. the least you can do in customer service when you have messed up is to just hear the customer out, and make them feel as though you care. San's is lousy at that!

There only concern is to get your money, they don't care if you look like a clown in their mediocre suits. They will tell you anything but the truth just to get you to buy the suit; If you end up not looking your best, then that's not their problem.

If you want cheap suits, from a cheap business, with cheap customer service then by all means go to San's Suit Outlet.

I will never go back to this place ever again in my life! San's has definitely lost a customer and i highly doubt they care, because from what they have showed me, there isn't much that they do care about,...

I can’t thank the team at San’s enough. My original suit shop decided to tell me 36 days out that my tuxedo jacket won’t be available for my wedding. I was scrambling to find a place with the style and color that I need. Jumped on google and started looking in my area, San’s was the first one to pop up and I am glad I stopped in. Typically suits shop want you to buy the entire package, with my circumstance the owner was willing to sell me just a jacket, which he didn’t have to do. I am extremely grateful he was able to do this for me.

After trying on a jacket and finding my fit they had me in and out in 5 minutes. Told me my jacket would be available in 5-7 days.
