Tangerine Tales LLC — Attraction in Lakewood

We wanted to do something special for our daughter’s 5th birthday party. We hosted a magician, face painter and balloon artist in the past, but wanted something unique and intimate for a small group of friends. We came across Tangerine Tales on a blog about Seattle birthday party entertainers, and could not be happier that we went with Miss Kelly! Miss Kelly and Miss Katelyn made the party so special! Our daughter and her friends loved the magical quest, which took the perfect amount of time before mermaid makeovers, wand making and a sparkle spree. I cannot emphasize how happy the kids were with the experience and especially their makeovers.

Miss Kelly’s attention to detail was so impressive. I am still in awe of the number of props she had with her and the creativity that went into each activity. Everything was meticulously organized and they did a great job ensuring each guest had dedicated time at each station. It is not easy keeping a group of 3-5 year olds engaged, and their early child development experience showed.

The kids were so enthralled that we parents didn’t know what to do with all that spare time :) We recommend Tangerine Tales for any family looking for something different, engaging, and memorable for their child’s special day! We cannot wait to have her...

We hired Miss Kelly at Tangerine Tales to provide face painting at our daughter's 7th birthday party recently. The kids absolutely loved it! Miss Kelly did a great job at interacting with all of the kids and even though this was a very girly party, Miss Kelly made sure that the boys who had gotten their faces painted got exactly what they wanted with nothing very girly. She was easy to communicate with before the party - always keeping me updated with anything I needed to complete on my end, and with all the special perks she was preparing on her end. She made the birthday girl her own flower crown headband and a photo booth birthday sign that the kids could hold up for pictures. She arrived when she said she would and was so easy going. Really, a pleasure to work with. The kids loved their face paint, and I loved that everyone had fun! Would definitely hire again...

Miss Kelly did a great job for my 7 year old's birthday party. She fully engaged and entertained a group of 12 kids (ages ranging 4-7) with a silly adventure quest. My daughter had an amazing time and several other kids mentioned that the fairy godmother was the best ever. Kelly was easy to work with on scheduling and planning, very warm and friendly and communicative. We had a great party in Feb when the weather was chancy and we needed to have an indoor option. She worked with me on options to suit my budget. She brought an assistant and the kids loved the face painting! All the bells and whistles (glitter in hair, gems on faces, great face painting skills). It was a magical birthday and the parents had a great time since we didn't have to entertain the kids!
