Dotty's Casino #32 — Attraction in Las Vegas

On Thursday, May 19th, at about 1 O'Clock, after picking up my wife at the hospital, we stopped at Dottys at 5643 Centennial Center Blvd, Ste 160 Las Vegas, NV 89149. My sister in Law went in and bought cigarettes and came out, then my wife went in to use the bathroom. She was stopped before she could get there, and asked for I.D. My wife explained that she had just got out of the hospital, her I.D. was in the car, her sister had just came in to buy cigarettes, and she just came in to use the bathroom. She was told the bathroom was for customers only. I've been to Dottys a hundred times to buy cigarettes for myself and others, I've gambled at several of them many times, actually hit a quarter Royal at the Dottys on Tropicana last month. As far as I'm concerned, Dottys, and the witch that they have working there can drop dead. I doubt that I'll ever walk into another Dottys...

I like coming over here .. but today a gentlemen by the Name of Ricky was very unprofessional. His mannerism was offensive. Ricky spoke to all patrons with a negative, condescending, disrespectful and rude attitude. Simply the tone which he responded to my inquiry displayed a confrontental and overly aggressive attitude. I patiently waited for my ticket to be cashed for 15 minutes. 20 minutes has passed so I politely asked if he was ready to cash me out. He scolded and stated if I asked again that I would be kicked out. There I sit and another 20 minutes passed. Avoiding further threats and intimidation I decided to leave. This dude... the host at this Dottys was cool, calm, and collected. When I got to Dottys it was 6pm friday. It was popping. People were coming and going. Jaime the host-bartender-cook was on it. He provided great customer service. Jaime was very efficient. Outstanding attitude and great demeanor. Drinks were brought to me in minutes of ordering. Chicken strips and fries were well cooked served with ranch and I didnt even ask for the 4 packages of ketchup, but he pit them in with the order. I saw cleaning, serving, and hosting. I enjoyed myself even though it was like 80 degrees in there. Jaime is the best csr;customer service. Ive experienced out of the many Dottys I've visited. I was there for 4hrs.
