I came in on a Saturday to get my brakes done. When I arrived at the shop the woman at the counter upsold me to also get my rotors included. I came in for a $300 job that turned into a $700. It was Amanda and Tye who assist me with my service. In the process of my service they had a very hard time with my back rotors.. I notice the man banging a sledgehammer on the rotor trying to get it off. I was concerned since I did not think this was proper protocol.. Once the service was complete I left and drove down Charleston. By the time I reached my destination I had noticed that my back Driver side brakes was grinding and making a very loud screeching noise.. I was concerned and felt very uneased by the noise. I was not able to reach anyone at the shop but I did leave a message. I knew they were close since I was the last customer of the evening. Sunday they were closed. I took off work on Monday morning so I could get this matter fixed as soon as possible. When I called I spoke to the manager Charlie and he had let me know that he was just reviewing the voicemails from the weekend and he was about to call me. He let me know to bring the car in and he would address the situation/problem immediately. When I arrived to the shop around 9 a.m. Charlie and Tony removed my back tire and observed that the brake Caliber was not attached to the rotor properly it was only attached from the bottom so the top was completely loose. I was very alarmed and angry about the negligence from the service that I had already received. They informed me that I was very lucky that I did not drive on the freeway and have to slam on my brakes for any reason since that could have caused the brakes to lock up and break and cause a terrible accident. Charlie felt very concerned and decided to also check the other tires and make sure they were done properly.. While getting the service done Tye did arrive to the shop, when he seen me instead of approaching me like a person who knows they have obviously done wrong, he hid. When I seen him I let him know "Hey you should be coming to speak to me not me looking for you" . When I questioned him about the screw not being attached to the break caliber he said I watched him put it on. That infuriated me that he had the nerve to accuse me of watching him do his job properly. I let him know that if I needed to supervise him to do his job properly then I would not have given him a tip which was $10 each for him and Amanda.. I would come back and get service done but I would only recommend Tony or...

I called and was lucky to get an appointment within the hour. All I wanted was their 69.99 oil change but what I got was much better. Free tire rotation, carpet vacuum and a multi point inspection. They discovered a few things but unlike a lot of places they told me what were priority and what wasn't but put no pressure at all for me to do any of it just yet. I asked for a quote for the work and if I do it I'll definitely check back with them. They even offered if I shop around and bring a lower quote they could try to match the rate. When I left I looked at my bill and besides all I mentioned the receipt also says they topped off my washer fluid, checked my tire wear, inflated the tires as needed. I was very happy to see all of that and I know it's all done because I even have a subtle low washer fluid light that comes on when I start the car and now it doesnt. Appreciate Michael for taking the call and the mechanics for taking care of the car. Will...

Not only that, David the manager might just be the best mechanic in all of Las Vegas. Heās great at what he does and heās honest. Iām somewhat knowledgeable about mechanics although far from an expert. I know, sadly from first hand experience, that some mechanics are dishonest and will take advantage of people when they get a chance. David took a misdiagnosed fuel pump replacement that I had gotten from a master technician at another auto shop. He ordered the fuel pump. When it got in and he got to the fuel pump in my truck he realized it was in tact. The problem ended up being a simple fix. He was honest with me and fixed it for a much cheaper price than we were anticipating. Thereās been other situations that heās handled with complete professionalism, care, and expertise. David and his crew are the only ones that I want working on my truck...
