Lavallette Beach — Attraction in Lavallette

BEWARE! Day badges can not be purchased by the badge checkers...

After spending the week in Lavallette and using the season beach badges provided by the house we rented, we decided to spend one more day on the beautiful beach. Our mistake was assuming that day passes could be purchased at the beach access. We lugged all our beach stuff down for one last day of fun only to find out we had to walk 20 BLOCKS to the beach badge office to get day badges. Good beach but no restroom n local dont let you it, I want bc it in top 50 best beaches in nj but no restroom. N then you have hunt down a library to buy day pass is too much my opinion it should be rank 40 bc of that i been to alot beaches this hand down wordt no bathroom if you dont want peoplevisitjust make private..... you want better beach go lbi so far this are all best beach I seen in nj also sea girt, even state beach is better then this one.. I would have give it 4 but that no bathroom...

It was my families first time visiting and we will be back.
