Lemay Park — Attraction in Lemay

For Lemay, it's nice. The bathrooms appear back to working, the splash pad is on, and the trash cans recently have been emptied, so honestly it's pretty good for what it is in Lemay. We often bike to the playground. There are definitely the shady characters that exist but I've never had any problems and they exist all over Lemay it's just what you get. My kiddos like the playground. The only recent problem is the padding under the swings is warping/sinking and it made my kiddos fall flat on her face. And there are weeds growing up in the concrete. If you take the trail past the playground and wrap around to south Broadway there is also a sketchy dark bridge where it appears to have a homeless encampment, again I had no problems but it could definitely feel like a 2/5 stars for someone not...

This park is fun for about 20 min for my kid. There are 3 slides, a rope ladder and four swings. I suppose they did what they could with the budget they had, but my question is this... WHERE ARE ALL THE TREES, LEMAY?! Seriously?!!! If you want to fry and have your kid fry in the sun then this park is for you.

They have a pavilion you say?? Oooh well that doesn't do very much because it's a pretty good distance from the actual play equipment. People that actually pay attention to there kids wouldn't feel comfortable having their kid on the playground while they have to sit...

Fuimos por primera vez en 5 años esperando divertirnos con nuestros bebés. Había una familia con niños pequeños y bebés y estaban drogándose con mariguana, las mamás les daban drogas a sus niños. Cuando me fui a mi carro con mi bebé para irnos, una de las mujeres drogadas me alcanzó y muy agresiva me acusó de que yo le había pegado a uno de sus niños, y yo nunca hice daño a nadie solo estaba cuidando a mi bebé, jamás toqué a ningún niño, me sorprendió completamente la acusación, lo bueno que estaba mi esposo conmigo y me defendió, porque esa persona quería agrederme con mi hijo en brazos. Para nosotros fue una pésima experiencia, debería haber policía o guardia todo el tiempo y no permitir que las personas se entén drogando en un lugar donde hay niños que están oliendo la droga, deberían de poner cámaras también por cualquier altercado o aclaración. Nosotros no volveremos a visitar ese parque y me causa tristeza porque teníamos muchas expectativas de un gran día. Me tuve que ir con mi hijo y se fue llorando porque él quería seguir jugando y nos tuvimos que ir por nuestra seguridad. Me rompió el 💔 ver a mi hijo llorando y el susto que me llevé con esa situación. Ayúdenme a hacer eco para que los encargados pongan medidas estrictas. Gracias a Dios no iban los papás varones con ellas, porque solo Dios sabe si tal vez no hubiéramos salido con vida de ahí. Supuestamente no queremos visitar México por la inseguridad, y pensé ilusamente que en este país podría encontrar parques seguros y no...
