During the one-on-one sessions, he will work on techniques and tailors his sessions on what you want (learning technique, cardio, or weight loss etc.) I came in because I’ve never done kickboxing before and thought I’d give it a try. I LOVED IT. In only five lessons, I feel like I have the basics down and feeling ready to kill in the ring. He will work you until you’re dead tired, sweating, and you want to come back for more. I bought the 30-min pack and felt like I was always dying by the end of the session. For the price point, totally worth the solo lesson.
