The "pass" only gets you unlimited bowling (if you get to actually bowl due to glitches that make it unplayable), air hockey (only 2 tables so you probably won't get to play), ski ball (only 3 machines so don't expect to play much) and laser tag (which is also set up for red team to always win and has glitchy equipment. Played 3 games, on both red and green, red will always win due to the green base being exposed and easy to attack so if you have kids who care about scoring and fairness, expect some complaining if you're not on red team) for 3 hours. Laser maze is NOT included, pirate adventure whatever that is is NOT included, majority of the arcade is NOT included (the only games in the arcade you get to play are the ones where you win tickets, but the pass keeps you from winning any tickets, so the arcade is no fun as you can't play the real games without spending extra money per game, which is redundant when you already bought a pass expecting to play games). Started out fun until we realized more and more how much you CAN'T do even after buying a pass either due to glitches or it just not being included. We didn't get to finish a single game of bowling due to lane software glitches halting the game and ball returners for several lanes not returning balls, only got to play air hockey once because there are so many people and only 2 tables. Got to play ski ball once. The Lazer maze is $3 per person per try, multiple arcade games were $3 per play, just overall an absolutepy terrible value. Definitely don't pay for bowling. If you get a pass, go there only to play Lazer tag, and switch it up between red and green teams so you arent always winning or always losing. Other than that, there are better options. Pool isn't even included in the pass. Not a very good experience at all for the money you spend, unless you're with a group having fun with each other's company and have low expectations of the...
Read moreThis was our first time to Bo's. We bought the $18.00 pass card and loaded cash on another card for my grandchild. An attendant for laser tag told us we could use either of the cards, and the one that had cash loaded is what he used for laser tag, but it's free with the pass. We had to go to the service desk to get it refunded, My daughter, once we realized which card the attendant had used. Service desk worker acted like he didn't believe my 30 year old daughter and said something to another employee that he bets that she tries to get free stuff everywhere she goes. I went to the service desk to show receipts and told him the attendant used the cash card instead of the pass card, and he corrected it. It was our first visit, and it's loud in there, so I didn't hear him say if laser tag was free or not. I showed the cards to the laser tag attendant and said I'm not sure which one we're supposed to use. He took both and looked at them, then used the cash card for a game that was included in the pass that we'd paid for. The money was refunded to the cash card after explaining to the service desk what happened and showed him the receipts. The attendant should have been trained or needs retraining to know which card he was supposed to use, and the service desk worker should not have made that comment about my daughter while she was standing there trying to fix the mistake that the attendant made. Overall, it was a mostly good experience, and the kids and adults both had fun. The employees were nice and helpful, aside from the comment made about trying to get free stuff. That was a highly unprofessional and incorrect statement. We drove over an hour to Bo's and will probably be back. Hope to see the putt-putt course...
Read moreExtremely Disappointed today after leaving. We got the 7pm till 11pm unlimited pass, and only used about an hour and half till we left. Half the games are completely broken, and the other half (of course the newer games and the ones that are nice) were not included in the pass, need I say that half of them did not even give tickets they were simple shooter games. So after Dance Dance revolution having to boot up 2 different times while I am playing it, it finally crashes the game pad and wouldn't work. So we go out to the Putt-Putt course, the golf balls are extremely old and all of them are plain white (you know since most places get the color ones atleast), my putt-putt was bent, and the course is half falling apart. The water no longer works on the course (or they simply do not turn it on), and most of the green mats are frayed and falling apart. The course it self is a nice set up, but lacks character and looks so bland. After the disappointing games and putt course, we go inside for bowling. Its Saturday night, but not very busy. My husband couldn't get his size cause they were all out. The lanes are right on top of each other, they didnt have enough small balls and I ended up with one that was extremely to large and heavy. During our normal length of a bowling game, we had to have them service it 3 different times cause the pins keep messing up. Finally we just played the game with the pins up or down. We signed up for 2 games, gave up after the first game and just went home. If I had a sense of mind I should have just left with a refund as soon as the games broke on us, but I gave the bowling a benefit of the doubt. Extremely disappointed and will not return and wont...
