Subway — Restaurant in Lenoir

Earlier today, I was at Walmart and decided to buy a cold drink and sit at a table inside Subway. I had been sitting there for no longer than three minutes when the employee running the counter walked over, touched me without my consent, and told me that I couldn't sit there because it was for paying customers only. I'm furious for a few different reasons. This male employee invaded my personal space and touched me without my permission. He was well aware that I was indeed a paying customer. There were other customers present that was also sitting there and hadn't ordered anything, but I got singled out for no apparent reason. I was sitting there by myself minding my own business and not bothering anyone, but I was the only person who verbally got forced to leave. I had been feeling lightheaded and was close to passing out from the heat. I still felt dizzy, but I was being pushed to leave Subway and go back outside in the hot weather to wait for the people I came with to Walmart. Being exposed to extreme heat holds the risk of sending me into a seizure. This Subway employee had no regard for my health nor my safety. IF I had not gotten in the shade when I did, I'd probably be in the hospital right now. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name, but I will be giving his description. Young adult male, white, average height, and build. Medium length dark-colored hair, and the only way I can describe his face is this, a cutesy babyface. When i went in with my sisters today, one had to sit down because she was overheated.But was told that she wasnt allowed to be there even tho there were others sitting there with no food or drinks, however they were allowed to stay with no masks or nothing. The guys name is Christian and his attitude and lack of any social graces could very well have caused my sister to have a seizure or even a heat stroke since there's no benches outside of subway for anyone to sit where its cool. Furthermore hes very lucky that neither happened to my sister or i personally wouldn't hesitate to get a lawyer and file a lawsuit because that wouldve classified as reckless endangerment to her life and he touched her without her consent. The young man was polite. I failed to place an order because they were out of the meatballs for my desired sandwich. The young male cashier was helpful in trying to suggest another location in the next shopping center. I told him how that location always seemed to be closed, he stated that all the area locations should have the same closing time. I noticed that the location he mentioned was indeed dark and closed as I had expected. This location was clean and the bar looked well kept.
