This is probably one of the worst subways to go to as far as customer service goes. I will not be going back to this particular Subway. I stopped by this Subway today to grab a sandwich and all I can say is mistake mistake mistake. The boy fixing my sandwich was just ugh. It just irks me when you have someone fixing your food and you can just tell by their attitude that they would rather be anywhere else than where they are currently. He was just throwing the veggies on my sandwich like he was mad or something. He had a look of aggravation and basically just looking tired and over it. I finally just asked him "are you ready to go or something because you look like you don't want to be here" and he replied with "yea I am. I'm sleepy and tired and I looked at the schedule wrong and came in earlier than what I was supposed to so I'm just ready to go" which is basically how he made my sandwich.....tired and sleepy!!! I'm honestly over these places hiring individuals who don't give a flying flip about GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE and are there just to get a check. With this one I just took the loss and went to another Subway because ain't no way I was about to eat that lazy lethargic sandwich that this person made....like Ugh!! Read moreThis subway used to be pretty good. However they have been consistently going down hill and now I would highly recommend you purchase your subs elsewhere. This makes the 3rd time in a row I have had issues with this location when ordering on the Subway app. Today our subs were missing half of the selected toppings. I understand that certain locations run out of ingredients but those are normally blanked out online. The two subs I ordered were fixed identically, even though they were ordered very differently. The time before the two subs were completely mixed up. Wrong one toasted, wrong cheese, wrong toppings. The time before that my order was ready at 830 and the front door was already locked and I had to knock and get someone's attention so I could pick up my order. I normally do not leave reviews and complain but this is, in my opinion, is becoming ridiculous. I will not be using this location anymore and will be urging others to find another...
Read moreI ordered delivery through the Subway app this morning. When the delivery driver showed up, she was missing part of my order. The driver said to call DoorDash, that was all that the store gave to her. Upon further review, my sandwiches that were supposed to be toasted, we're ice cold... with ice flakes on the meat. I called DoorDash, and they were going to reattempt delivery. However the store didn't answer their phone. I have tried calling the store for the past hour myself with no response. This is sadly unacceptable and now I just want a full refund and be done with this horrible experience. If the merchant doesn't contact me back within 3 business days, I will have no choice but to file a charge back with MasterCard and a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
With such a lack of communication, I cannot recommend this location to anyone. Buyer beware...
