Read moreMy best friend and I took a Saturday road trip to Lexington and made it a point to stop in at the Roadshow. We drove a shade over 2 hours for the trip and, honestly? I’d have driven triple that. The staff was great. Friendly, helpful, and just all around good people. The ability to search the inventory for specific things using the in-store iPads was a tremendous addition to the usual card shop experience and I’m surprised more stores don’t do it. If you’re a fan of Kentucky Wildcat sports? This place should absolutely be at the top of your “To Visit” list. And then there’s the name sake of the store; Jim. I mean just tell me that over the phone. Don’t make me drive all that way to basically be told the exact opposite of what I was told on the phone an hour earlier. All good if that’s how you wanna run your shop, but that really frustrated me. Be straight up with your customers on the phone! My card buddies and I will find another...
