The Lamp Post Florist — Attraction in Lexington

We ordered flowers for a funeral. The flowers that we ordered were a spray for the casket and a bouquet that was to go inside the casket. It was from 12 nieces and nephews. The spray that was delivered was beautiful but the bouquet that was delivered was inside a vase. Not what we ordered and could not be placed inside the casket. The card from the 12 was placed on this bouquet and looked like no one cared enough for our loved one. It was quite embarrassing. When we let the florist know they said it was a chaotic weekend. Well...you shouldn't have committed to something you couldn't do. Also the lady that took our order acted like we were ordering for a birthday party...not a funeral! If it hadn't been that it was a weekend....I would have taken our money and business elsewhere!!! Oh..by the way..they..the florist... contacted us..because they also delivered flowers to the wrong funeral!!! Don't know how they got high ratings but I..(yes I live in Lexington)...will not recommended...

Lamp Post Florist has renewed my faith in florists. Over the last couple years I have shelled out some big money for flowers that were less than impressive upon delivery. Not Lamp Post! When I tell you I was blown away - I couldn't have been happier. I ordered a standard arrangement for a friend who just had surgery. It was love at first sight. She said people she didn't even know would catch a glimpse of them and stop by to comment. Even her surgeon had to walk around and smell and touch them. She was so excited to send me a picture of them. Simply gorgeous. Thank you for doing a bang up job on even the standard arrangement and for making sure I got great value and presentation for my money. I will definitely be using Lamp Post Florist...

My first experience with The Lamp Post Florist was perfect. Earlier in the week I stopped by to check them out and see what they had to offer for a Mother's Day floral arrangement for my Mama. They had clear pricing visible and so much selection to choose from to hold the arrangement from vases to baskets. They were welcoming and were happy to answer all my questions. Today I picked up my order and was blown away. They were able to add everything u wanted and made sure to exclude what I didn't want. I just delivered them to Mama and she absolutely loved them. Thank y'all for helping me provide my Mama with beautiful fragrant flowers for her to enjoy for Mother's Day weekend 💐 I will definitely be back...
