Food was made fresh and quick turnaround time from placing order to picking it up at the window was minimal. Honestly it's one of the most authentic Mexican venues in Lexington. All of the dishes are flavorful and the tacos are 🤌👨🏾‍🍳💋 out of this world. From the quesadillas to the sopas to the tortas and burritos I guarantee whatever you want will be packed with flavor. I recommend the chicken, asado, brisket, or chorizo tacos or why not try one of each! And for those of you looking for a true flavor adventure try the barbecoa, tripe, or Lengua de res. Sometimes at lunch the food truck is in different locations but from mid afternoon through dinner all the way to closing time you can almost always find them in the parking lot between boost mobile and the Speedway gas station at the corner of Cotton Grove Rd. (NC-8) and South Main St. In Lexington. But don't take my word for it give them a shot I promise you won't be disappointed. Highly recommend this food truck in Lexington, very delicious. They take cash and card . Service was fast and very attentive. The tacos are delicious especially the Suadero meat (brisket beef) and the chorizo (red sausage) . Parking is a bit crowded at times due to the traffic coming in and out from the meat store . There usually always parked behind the meat store . I’m not sure on the time and certain days they are available but we have gone through the week around 5-7pm and we have seen them .
