Was hesitant to deal with M PCS, because the few times I called various stores to ask a question or two, the reps seemed rude and in a hurry to get off the phone (although I know it can get terribly busy in there). Decided to go with Boost Mobile (Sprint), and it was a complete disaster. The phones had little to no signal. Waste of money, without question.
Wanted to see what M PCS could do, as I've had TMobile recently. The two reps at the number 8 store were very helpful and friendly. James (I think he's the manager) is the coolest ever, I try to make sure he's there whenever I go. He and the other rep helped me get my account # from Boost, which was more of an ordeal than it should have been. Ended up with two really good phones, but better yet, have really good coverage. Onces I switched I lost the Internet also . They never told us that you have to have a phone line to keep Internet. They don't offer the money back for days you don't use . And when you have a low plan they try everything to get you to go to higher plans. and need a new phone they want you to flex pay which is bullshit cause who wants to pay for a phone you have to wait 12 months for if you need a phone that day . Read moreHorrible service. Not just customer service, but also cell phone service. Couldn't even get signal on the road that the store is on! My wife and I got the LG k7 phones. They were free with the plan, but only if you get the expensive plan. We loved the phones, but they were just paperweights cause we could not get any signal on them. Since the service sucks, we went back to cricket. When I retuned our phones, they said that our refund would be back on our card within 7-10 days. Here it is, 2 weeks later, and no refund. Also, the store does not have their number listed, so you can't call them, and the manager is hardly ever there, so good luck trying to go up there and talk to them.
