Me and my kids were here today, mind you it was 100 degrees outside. As soon as my kids got into the water, the lifeguard screamed to get out! She said we had to wait 15 minutes. After the 15 minutes we got into the water and not shortly after, all of the lifeguards blew their whistles and told us to get out right away. We had to wait another 15 minutes, there was no shade where we were, my kids feet were burning and we were so hot! I asked them why they did this and they said “ because the workers can get in and cool off.” To prevent heat stroke. So are we supposed to get heatstroke instead??
I found this very unprofessional, especially because we paid to get in. And we all had sit in the extreme heat while we watched the workers swim. The workers had a water bottle next to them as well as water spraying on them. My kids were crying so we end up leaving. I’d suggest, shade and a chair for the workers. I understand they are hot as well but it’s not fair for paying customers to have to get told to get out so they can get in. That’s...
Read moreIt's a fun/cheap place to go during summer and the kids have a lot of fun. But maintenance/safety is lacking. The railing on the big pool has a large crack down it, the length of the rail. On one of the kids slides the pad that stops the kid is ripped with a hole in it, easily catching a kids leg in it, and needs to be replaced. And also the water slides specifically the yellow one is super fun but honestly it's only a matter of time before a bad accident happens. Kids were almost flying over the sides, hitting their heads really hard and catching air then slamming back down on the slide. And the "lockers" that keep your valuables safe are so rusted that most of them have large holes in the bottom of them. Sadly it just seems a little run down. I really hope these things...
