I will give 1 star only because the food was ok Service is so deceiving they will ask if you want cheese on that or sour cream or avocados and they do not tell you each item is an up charge also they don’t offer a receipt automatically and the last kicker of them all they auto added a 20 percent gratuity because we sat with family they said because se a group of 6 or more We were a family of 5 and a separate family of 4 and we each paid our own bills and they charged us both. 20 percent if we sat at separate tables they would have let us decide the tip that is unacceptable and they wouldn’t budge on the amount saying the waitress had to do extra work how? We ordered separate so she didn’t have to split the bill or anything She did the same amount of work as if she had 2 tables of families but because we sat next to each other they dictate the amount of the tip to 20 percent and all the up charges we weren’t alerted about bring cash and...

I usually don't leave reviews but I was so disappointed in the service I understand they were a little busy but it took 20 minutes just to get our drink order and chips and salsa, another 45 minutes to get our food. They didn't check on us ask how our food was or get refills for our drinks. I'm pretty sure my husband's drink which was a margarita didn't have any alcohol and my pina colada didn't either so we paid for virgin drinks, also made us upset. And the prices were outrageous for such poor service. We very rarely never leave a tip but we didn't here! We will never go back unfortunately. We really should have left and went somewhere else. The food was good and the service was good. There was only one waitress, so while getting refills and things took a minute, it was understandable. However, what was not understandable was having to pay for water and the added gratuity because we are a family of 6.
